| Mine would have to be God Enel. Most of the One Piece villains I found to be stupid, but I really liked Enel. I love his laugh and how evil he could be. | |

| This is a tough one because most of the villans are really stupid like you said. We haven't really seen him in action too much yet, but I like donquixote doflamingo, he seems like a sociable guy and all  It's pretty obvious that he is gonna be fighting luffy in the future if you have been keeping up on the manga.

| Arlong is my favorite villain hands down.
He wasn't stupid(maybe a little) and he wasn't weak like plenty other villains.
This guy was serious business.
He also had an awesome crew.
I think he was extremely underrated for his 20 million bounty. | |

But Enel was good to.
Whenever I think of Enel, it reminds me of Orochimaru. It's like Alien (Enel) vs Predator (Orochimaru). | |
