No. He's not a marine. He is Army. 2 different Military factions. Army is Army and Marines are actually Navy. Anywho. He is a Specialist, but he will soon be a Sergeant.

Since the amputation is fairly new. It only happened a couple months ago, he hasn't been fitted with a prosthetic leg yet. I don't know what it will be made out of. I know that it has a microchip in it.

well my brother is a Medical specialist.. so sometimes when i see him in the recovery wards helping people with aluminum legs.. all i know those legs are made of aluminum there are also several materials to fit several situation.. about the microchip i'm not sure about that..

I don't have any family in the military, but a quite a few medical practitioners are in my family.

When I get out of College, I personally want to be a Computer Programmer and Computer Engineer.

I could never be a Doctor, blood makes me queasy.

Eh. I could have been in the medical field but honestly, I don't think I would be able to help certain sick people out.

I know that sounds bad. Its not like a race thing or anything. Its a sick people thing. Like I don't know if I could help or touch someone with like HIV or Aids. Not without washing my hands a thousand times an hour.

I'm cool with sicknesses, I could help them out for hours on end without really sanitizing anything and still end up fine later on.

It's the lacerations that get me.

If a little girl came up to me with a teeny weeny cut on her knee telling me she got a boo-boo, I'd probably pass out then and there.

I'm good with Blood. You should have seen my husbands leg before they removed it. When it first happened. They had to put a plate in his leg. It was opened up and you could see the muscle, bone and the metal plates. It looked like Terminator stuff right there. It was the coolest thing I've ever seen.

What's worse is that my second earliest memory is of me falling on road and having my entire knee scraped off.

All I remember is that there was blood everywhere, and it hurt like hell.

That's probably the reason for my nausea in those situations.
