| American Companies have certain FCC Guidelines that they have to go by. Well not so much that, but Americans in general seem to shelter their kids from things like that. If those shows want to stay on air and making money, they won't do things like that. | |

| Well I could see where Americans would. Like in anime/manga/ and more so in YAOI, rape is a common occurrence. They treat it as though, the more you love someone the more you push yourself on them, and a lot of the time in the anime or manga, they end up seeing how much that person loves them, and they get together. American cartoons or comic books wouldn't put that. It touches on something they don't want to have anything to do with . | |
