I'm currently listening to the songs in K-On, sadly they aren't openings. I guess my favorite would be Shakugan no Shana 3, the first theme.

Unfortunately I can't find a version on Youtube with the video, and the video is what really makes it, but the opening to Shinryaku!? Ika Musume is definitely my favorite.
And I loooooove creepy anime.
