Summary:


We have an amazing action chapter for you today.

The chapter starts off Naruto charging at Tobi and slamming his supersized Bijuu arm down on him. However, Tobi, just walks right through it, literally.

Gai calls out to Kakashi but Kakashi is in a daze. Kakashi flashbacks to Obito's gravestone and is pretty much trying to deny to himself that Tobi cannot be Obito. But he is pulled out of his own little world by Gai who tells him that Naruto, their subordinate, charged out onto the battlefield before him.

On the other hand, Tobi brings some giant shuriken out from his dimension and hurl them at Naruto criticizing him for attacking all alone. Bee catches two of the shuriken with his octopus arm, and Naruto catches the last one in Kurama's mouth after it sliced through one of Bee's legs. Naruto then says to Tobi, that he is not attacking alone, he has Kurama, Bee, Gyuuki, Gai, and Kakashi with him.

Gai tells Kakashi that he is always ahead of him in battles and not to go senile of over something like this. With Kakashi finally back, Kakashi activates his Mangekyou though he states that he can only use it a few more times. Tobi mocks him saying that he's not afraid of some borrowed power that can only be used a few times. Then we get a close up splitscreen of Tobi and Kakashi's Mangekyou revealing both to be the same exact Mangekyou.

Tobi brings out a aspear while Bee and Naruto attempt to counterattack while Tobi is in his solid state. Tobi throws the spear and embeds itself in Bee's arm. Bee yells to naruto to not get hit by one of the spears because they block the Bijuu's power. Naruto makes an old school shadow clone while Bee covers him. Naruto makes a bijuudama and his shadow clone attacks with a Rasengan. But Tobi dispels the clone in no time. Naruto fires off the Bijuudama. Kakashi then hits the ground, out of chakra. Tobi easily evades the Bijuudama by teleporting himself to another dimension. But Tobi gets the surprise of a life time when Naruto is there too. It turns out Kakashi either Naruto or his shadow clone to the alternate dimension.

Naruto takes his Rasengan and shoves it straight into Tobi's face and smashing his mask, revealing him to be.......

My Thoughts:


I can't wait until they animate this. This has been an amazing fight so far and it just keeps getting better and better.

But really, a cliffhanger? Naruto smashes Tobi's mask, and then what? Chapter end?

Oh well, at least we had great suspense buildup(which is still here by the way), and fighting.''

Naruto's prankster self shows itself once again when he surprises Tobi with a birthday Rasengan.

I give this chapter a full 6/6. Even with the cliffhanger, it was an amazing chapter. But I just hope Kishi doesn't troll and switch us over Sasuke next week. As curious as I am about him, I want to find out who Tobi is more.

On pg 15 on the bottom left it says "Naruto ch598 end"

For the love of anime, it better not be obito. I'm gonna be pissed. It doesn't make sense and the huge hole in the storyline would fit the entire fire nation in it.

I really hope it's not Obito and I doubt it is due to recent evidence.

I don't think it's Izuna either like my earlier predictions.

The timeline just doesn't add up to it being Obito. Not even if they just used Obito's body. Obito was still just a little boy and the 4th hokage fought a full grown man.

Or maybe there were 2 Tobis.

kishi again trolled us lol but still maybe it just meant to be the fighting was really good and it took alot of work to illustrate that chapter i just cant wait for naruto 599 chapter to come out that hopefully end the whole conspiracy on who the masked guy is.And i dont think its madara brother eater because madara took his eyes and killed him.and his brother would have been dead anyway because he would been too old.i think it might be new character that they have not yet introduced or maybe its 6 paths of sage brother maybe somehow he got immortal or his age slowed down,because the masked guy tends to know alot about 6 path of sage and about 10 tails.

The SO6P never had a brother. I think you meant son. Yeah, maybe, but I think he was added as a character only to drive the plot, not introduce as the main antagonist.

yeah sorry i messed up i meant sage of 6 paths of older son.because it matches alot of his beliefs the older son wanted to bring peace through power and the younger son wanted to bring peace through love.

But Kishi better deliver on this or I'll be pissed.

Are we voting on what we think about the chapter or are we voting on how well you summarized it. Cause I would vote but I don't know how I feel about this chapter yet. Its kinda pissing me off.
